We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Brand and Creative Content. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our brand and creative content strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand and creative content strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Lead a team of creative professionals to produce high-quality content that engages and resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize our credit customer portfolio to maximize profitability.
- Design and deliver improvements to the end-to-end credit application funnel, including working with banking partners to enhance credit underwriting and decisioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve credit utilization, control bad debt, and maximize profit.
- Partner with finance to develop and operationalize the ability to manage not just the direct income stream with external partners, but the contribution incremental sales enabled by credit make to the end-to-end P&L.
- Oversee all financial forecasting, modeling, and budget processes for Credit.
- Develop and coach direct and extended virtual teams to ensure Credit remains a great place to work.
- Experience of managing and optimizing a regulated consumer credit P&L and credit portfolio, pulling multiple levers to maximize returns.
- Strong personal values and conduct mindset, and understanding of regulatory constraints within which consumer credit operates.
- Experience, strong domain knowledge, and ability to work at a detailed level on profit levers including risk-based pricing, credit limit management, cut-off optimization, underwriting strategy, and existing customer management.
- Track record of building exceptional relationships within a matrixed organization, including with banking partners, and using these to deliver improvements for Credit.
- Creative thinker, with a track record of challenging the status quo and identifying new opportunities to unlock commercial value.
