Job Title: Head of Creative and Content

Fresha is seeking an exceptional Head of Creative and Content to join our global business. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of creative and content strategies to elevate Fresha's brand, engage our target audience, and support our marketing and business goals.

Creative Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with Fresha's brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Ensure that all creative work supports the broader business and marketing strategies.
Content Strategy:
  • Lead the creation and implementation of world-class content strategy that drives brand engagement and delivers value to our audience.
  • Oversee content production, content calendars, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Brand Management:
  • Maintain and enhance Fresha's brand voice and identity across all content and creative materials.
  • Ensure consistency and coherence in all brand communications.
Creative Direction:
  • Provide creative direction and leadership for all content and design projects.
  • Guide the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful deliverables.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and content creators.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment and provide mentorship and development opportunities.
Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in creative direction, content strategy, and brand management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • A background in agency work is highly preferred.
