Key Responsibilities


• Implementing kaizen principles – a hallmark of the company's continuous improvement philosophy.

• Conducting thorough analysis and enhancement of operational processes.

• Utilizing various continuous improvement methodologies, including root cause analysis, 5S, and LEAN techniques.

• Assisting with intricate machinery malfunctions.

• Performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Engaging in project initiatives, which may involve upgrades and new machinery installations.

What does a typical day entail for a maintenance technician?
As a maintenance technician, you will be tasked with the upkeep of a variety of PLC-controlled machinery, including complex CNC machines, robotics, and conveyor systems.
