Continuous Improvement Engineer at ATA Recruitment

Salary: £45,478 (Including shift allowance)

Shifts: Double Day shift

Location: Deeside

The Role


• Implementing kaizen – the esteemed continuous improvement methodology.

• Conducting analysis, reviews, and enhancements of processes.

• Utilizing various CI tools, including root cause analysis, 5S, and LEAN methodologies.

• Assisting with complex machinery malfunctions.

• Performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

• Engaging in project work that may involve upgrades and new equipment installations.

What does a typical day look like for a maintenance technician in this environment?
As a maintenance technician, you will be tasked with maintaining a variety of PLC-controlled machinery, including complex CNC machines, robotics, and conveyor systems.
