Job Title: Global Content Strategist

At Smith+Nephew, we're seeking a talented Global Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital content team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and user-friendly content that meets our customers' needs.
  • Own the development and execution of content playbooks, voice/tone guides, and taxonomies to ensure consistency across our platforms.
  • Work closely with our web customer experience director and regional team members to drive a 'digital first' culture at Smith+Nephew.
  • Support and participate in content conception and creation with global and local markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in content strategy and UX writing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, and UX writing.
  • Strong understanding of W3C, SEO, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management systems (DAMS).
