About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Content Strategist to join our team at Smith+Nephew. As a key member of our global web team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and structuring our digital content across all our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our website and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to improve the customer journey, tying together big ideas and concepts in innovative ways.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars, content playbooks, voice/tone guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content migration plans.
  • Support and participate in content conception and creation with global and local markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content strategy, UX writing, and digital communications.
