Job Title: Global Content Strategist

At Smith+Nephew, we're seeking a talented Global Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital content team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Own the development and execution of content playbooks, voice/tone guides, and taxonomies to ensure consistency across our platforms.
  • Work closely with our web team to improve the customer journey and drive digital transformation.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of editorial calendars, content migration plans, and metadata frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content strategy, copywriting, and UX writing.
  • Strong understanding of W3C, SEO, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
