About the Role

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. As a Doorperson, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and providing a warm welcome to our hotel
  • Assisting guests with their queries and requests
  • Providing information about the hotel and local area
  • Ensuring the lobby area is clean and tidy
