About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Watchfinder. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury watch products and services
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury watch market
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
