Job Title: Consulting Director - Energy/Utilities

We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Director with a strong background in Energy/Utilities to join our team at Tarka Talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements within the Energy/Utilities sector
  • Manage commercial and relationship management to maximize profitability
  • Develop business growth opportunities using existing networks and growth potential
  • Support quality assurance by staying up-to-date with technological advancements and current processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Director in a consultancy
  • Strong understanding of the Energy/Utilities sector
  • Ability to manage a team, mentor, and develop colleagues
  • Business development and commercial skills
  • Broad skillset across transformation, operational turnaround, and process improvement

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of £140,000-£160,000
  • Bonus structure (circa 30%)
