Energy/Utilities Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Energy/Utilities Director to join our team at Tarka Talent. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing consulting engagements within the Energy/Utilities sector, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery: Manage consulting engagements within Energy/Utilities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Commercial & Relationship Management: Manage stakeholders to maximize profitability and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Business Development: Utilize existing networks and growth potential to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Support technological advancements and current processes to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Operated at Director-level in consultancy.
  • Experience working with Energy/Utilities clients.
  • Ability to manage a team; mentor and develop colleagues.
  • Business development/Commercial skills.
  • Broad skillset across Transformation, Ops Turnaround, and Process Improvement.
What We Offer:
  • Base salary range of £140,000-£160,000.
  • Bonus structure (circa 30%).
  • Biannual bonus scheme (in line with performance reviews).
