Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Director with expertise in Energy/Utilities consulting to join our team at Tarka Talent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing consulting engagements within the Energy/Utilities sector, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery: Lead consulting engagements within Energy/Utilities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Commercial & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, maximizing profitability and driving business growth.
  • Business Development: Leverage existing networks and growth potential to identify new business opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Support technological advancements and process improvements, ensuring the highest standards of quality.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary range of £140,000-£160,000.
  • Bonus structure (circa 30%).
  • Biannual bonus scheme (in line with performance reviews).
