About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to join our Energy and Utilities Consulting team. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing consulting engagements within the Energy and Utilities sector, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery: Manage consulting engagements within Energy and Utilities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Commercial and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to maximize profitability and drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Utilize your existing networks and growth potential to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the development of technological advancements and current processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Director in a consultancy environment.
  • Strong track record of working with Energy and Utilities clients.
  • Ability to manage a team, mentor, and develop colleagues.
  • Business development and commercial skills.
  • Broad skillset across Transformation, Ops Turnaround, and Process Improvement.
What We Offer
  • Base salary range of £140,000-£160,000.
  • Bonus structure (circa 30%).
  • Biannual bonus scheme (in line with performance reviews).
  • 33 days holidays (25 days plus 8 bank holidays) and a holiday purchase scheme.
