About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our Energy and Utilities consulting practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing consulting engagements, developing business strategies, and driving growth in the sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery: Manage consulting projects and engagements within the Energy and Utilities sector, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Commercial and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing profitability.
  • Business Development: Utilize your network and expertise to identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the sector.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the development of new technologies and processes, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Director in a consulting firm, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Energy and Utilities sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
  • Strong business development and commercial skills, with a proven ability to drive growth and revenue.
  • Broad skillset across transformation, operations turnaround, and process improvement.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary range of £140,000-£160,000.
  • Bonus structure (circa 30%).
