The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Retail Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a small sales floor team
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer service
  • Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Motivating and developing a small sales team to reach their maximum potential
  • Following and maintaining company policies and procedures
  • Leading by example in everything you do
  • Utilizing resources to plan, organize, and train staff
  • Developing an excellent knowledge of our jewelry
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in retail management or hospitality
  • An ability to display a genuine passion for jewelry and customer service
  • Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance essential in reflecting our company's public image
  • Self-motivated with good leadership and people skills
  • Confident communicator with good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail in everything you do
