As the Personal Development Group Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the intent, implementation, and impact of the Personal Development Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the Personal Development Programme across both college sites.
* Support and guide a team of Student Mentors in planning and delivering weekly Personal Development sessions.
* Provide front-line pastoral support for students.
* Track and monitor student attendance and engagement.
* Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a cohesive and effective Personal Development Strategy.

Ideal Candidate:

* A minimum of a Level 3 teaching qualification.
* Experience with teaching and assessment.
* Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 (minimum).
* Experience in leadership and management is desirable.
