The Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to residents within a specialized care facility. This renowned organization offers a range of services, including residential, respite, dementia, and convalescence care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Promote independence and encourage active participation in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established protocols.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification is essential.
Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and respectful environment.
