Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Director to join our team at Wallram Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the South East region.
  • Lead and manage a team of highly skilled Account Managers to achieve their full potential.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in business development and sales strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
