Regional Sales Director Opportunity

South East Region (London, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent)

Competitive Salary up to £55,000 plus £100,000 OTE, Company Car

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing experience? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Stirling Warrington.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in the South East region, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the mechanical engineering and manufacturing industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

The Package:

  • Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • OTE of £100,000, uncapped.
  • Company car.
