Job Title: Sales Progressor / Administrator
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Oxted, RH8 (Covering two branches)
Salary: £35k + comms
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Property Sales Progressor / Administrator to join our client's skilled sales team at their local offices in the Oxted and Edenbridge area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with and update clients on the progress of their sale
- Ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agents
- Provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish
- Accurately and dependably manage sales pipelines and maintain a meticulous record of progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property sale progression
- Previous experience in sales administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Knowledge of the sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
