We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor / Administrator to support our client\u2019s skilled sales team at their local offices in the Oxted and Edenbridge area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale; ensuring that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other agents.

The successful candidate will have a detailed knowledge of the sales process and a considerable degree of previous experience in this role or as a Sales Negotiator.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • Previous experience in property sale progression
  • Previous experience in sales administration
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise
  • Knowledge of the sales process
  • Ability to build strong business relationships
