Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality support services to children with disabilities.
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Work closely with families to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve the best possible outcomes for children.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
