This role is a permanent full-time position requiring commitment to long shifts, night duties, and weekend work on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of patients' health and well-being across a diverse and evolving caseload. Aid in the provision of care to fulfill the unique health and wellness requirements of individuals. Communicate complex, sensitive, or challenging information effectively. Enhance personal knowledge and skills while fostering the development of others. Advocate for best practices in health, safety, and security protocols. Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of services offered.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. Comfortable working collaboratively within teams with minimal supervision. Previous experience in Surgical or Orthopaedic nursing is essential. Proficient across a variety of nursing skills, supported by professional and clinical expertise gained through state registration. Strong communication abilities are a must.
