As a Spicerhaart Partner, you will have the opportunity to work in a fully employed role with the flexibility of a self-employed model. You will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area, using your entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in your area.

With our support and guidance, you will have the tools and resources to grow a successful business, including access to our learning and development team, local property centre, industry-leading marketing, and cutting-edge technology.

Our Partners are the best in the business, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional results. If you have at least 4 years of estate agency experience and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
