We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency professional to join our team as a Spicerhaart Partner in Newmarket. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business contacts and stakeholders
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, from valuation to completion of sale
  • Utilize our super hub office and sales negotiators to support the customer journey
  • Drive business growth through innovative sales and marketing techniques

Requirements
  • 4+ years of Estate Agency experience
  • Strong business development and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
