Job Title: SHEQ Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Office Angels. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting health and safety conscious working across the business, maintaining accreditations, completing audits, and producing RAMS.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and produce method statements
* Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Implement and maintain quality systems, conduct audits, and address customer feedback to ensure high service standards
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all H&S processes
* Complete both internal and external audits to maintain company standards and accreditations
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, and facilitate SHEQ communication within the company
* Incident reporting and management
* Monitor industry trends and lead initiatives to enhance safety, environmental performance, and quality
Requirements:
* IOSH essential
* Results-focused and willing to advance their career to management level
* Knowledge of SHEQ Regulations
* Experience producing RAMS
* Experience in upholding and auditing ISO, Constructionline, CHAS, Safecontractor
* Willing to travel to site to complete audits
