Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Office Angels. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of health and safety across the business, maintaining accreditations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and produce method statements to ensure a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including IOSH standards.
- Implement and maintain quality systems, conduct audits, and address customer feedback to ensure high service standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all H&S processes, including RAMS and audit reports.
- Complete internal and external audits to maintain company standards and accreditations, such as ISO and Constructionline.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, and facilitate SHEQ communication within the company.
- Incident reporting and management, including monitoring industry trends and leading initiatives to enhance safety, environmental performance, and quality.
Requirements:
- IOSH certification is essential.
- Results-focused and willing to advance their career to management level.
- Knowledge of SHEQ regulations and industry standards.
- Experience producing RAMS and conducting audits.
- Experience in upholding and auditing ISO, Constructionline, CHAS, and Safecontractor accreditations.
- Willingness to travel to site to complete audits.
