SHEQ Advisor Job Description

Office Angels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and produce method statements to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Investigate incidents and ensure that corrective actions are taken to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure high service standards.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate SHEQ communication within the company and ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • IOSH certification is essential.
  • Results-focused and willing to advance their career to management level.
  • Knowledge of SHEQ regulations and experience in producing RAMS.
  • Experience in upholding and auditing ISO, Constructionline, CHAS, and Safecontractor.
  • Willing to travel to site to complete audits.
