Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Office Angels. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Create and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Investigate Incidents: Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Quality Systems: Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Audits: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all H&S processes and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, employees, and clients to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • IOSH Certification: Possess a valid IOSH certification and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Results-Focused: Be a results-driven individual with a passion for advancing their career to a management level.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Possess knowledge of SHEQ regulations and experience in producing RAMS, auditing ISO, Constructionline, CHAS, and Safecontractor.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel to site to complete audits and inspections.
