Our client, a thriving family-owned enterprise established in the 1980s, is expanding their workforce and seeking a motivated 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to provide support to their internal user community and contribute to ongoing and upcoming IT initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to an internal user base exceeding 200 individuals
  • Log, assess, and resolve incoming support tickets
  • Assemble, maintain, and install hardware throughout the office
  • Provide software support, including installation services
  • Manage user accounts, granting access and permissions as needed
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all IT equipment
  • Oversee asset management, keeping it current and accurate

Technical Proficiencies:
  • Active Directory / Group Policies
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Cloud platforms (Azure Entra ID)
  • Office applications including SharePoint, PowerShell, Intune
  • Exchange
  • Familiarity with virtual servers is advantageous but not mandatory
