About the Role

The Global CRM Content Editor is a key member of our team, responsible for creating engaging and effective content for our global CRM deliveries. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM best practices, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that drives customer engagement and increases sales
  • Produce high-quality, on-brand content for global CRM journeys and various channels
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to understand target audience needs and create relevant content
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Edit content in SFMC according to specs
Requirements
  • Strong editorial, proofreading, and writing skills
  • Proven experience with CRM/email copywriting best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Great attention to details plus the ability to communicate clearly
