We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to become a vital part of our team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing research initiatives in Primary Care, collaborating closely with both primary and community healthcare teams. This position involves engaging with essential stakeholders and ensuring adherence to research guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with General Practitioner Practices on Clinical Research
  • Conduct visits to practices not currently involved in research
  • Coordinate with Clinical Commissioning Groups
  • Facilitate prompt financial transactions to practices
  • Make independent clinical judgments
  • Offer guidance to the multi-disciplinary team
  • Evaluate participants' health conditions
  • Safeguard the rights of research participants
  • Comply with established protocols and ethical standards

Qualifications

Essential

  • Valid Registration as a Nurse

Desirable

  • Knowledge of ICH GCP

Experience

Essential

  • Experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Proficiency in Phlebotomy

Desirable

  • Prior experience in research settings
  • Background in Community or Primary Care
