We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to join our client's team and contribute to their success in the consumer product industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, or customer development, with experience working with major retail partners and supporting P&L. They will be responsible for driving digital-first initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and launching new products within the brand's ranges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a digital-first strategy to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to launch new products and drive sales growth
- Support and co-lead high-impact projects focused on accelerating growth for the brand
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG
- Experience supporting P&L and working with major retail partners
- Strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
