We are committed to providing our team members with the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles. As an Apprentice Business Development Specialist, you will work and train alongside our experienced and knowledgeable Body-shop Manager, helping him to provide guidance and support to the team while delivering high-quality estimates and vehicle damage assessments to our customers and their insurers.
You will be based at our large Multi-Franchise site, working Monday to Friday and on occasional Saturday mornings. We offer permanent and full-time employment with a competitive salary and benefits package, including a final salary, company car, health insurance, pension, and a subsidised staff vehicle leasing scheme, as well as a generous holiday allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- To generate new business through insurance companies, private owners, and local dealers.
- To provide a high level of quality control and checking, sustaining and guaranteeing the reputation of our business.
- To maintain the audit standards of our manufacturer partners.
- To coach, motivate, and manage a team of experienced reception, productive staff, and apprentices.
- To identify and develop new business opportunities and improve existing processes.
Requirements:
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to seek out new opportunities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and repair centre operations.
