Overview:
Are you an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader with a background in the food sector, seeking to join a pioneering organization focused on sustainable practices? This role offers a clear pathway for advancement into senior or managerial positions, complemented by extensive training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
1. Oversee both upstream and downstream production processes with a focus on safety and sustainability.
2. Operate and enhance production machinery with capacities of up to 6,000 liters.
3. Conduct regular analytical assessments and prepare fermentation media and vessels.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in biochemical engineering and bioprocessing across various scales.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety protocols, and risk management.
- A Master's or Ph.D. in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related discipline, with a solid understanding of microbiology.
