We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Operations Manager to oversee the management and optimization of our client relationship management systems. This role is essential for enhancing our marketing and business development initiatives within a prestigious consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain data integrity and streamline operational processes supported by the CRM.
- Develop and maintain marketing analytics dashboards for ongoing activity reporting.
- Investigate and rectify outdated data fields to ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with the development team to design and implement a roadmap for system improvements.
- Gather and analyze end-user requirements to enhance CRM data access and usability.
- Support the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Conduct research on emerging CRM technologies to keep the firm at the forefront of industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with CRM systems in a professional services context.
- Proficient in MS Dynamics, with additional knowledge of Peppermint being advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in directing the development and implementation of CRM software solutions.
- Strong understanding of data management practices, including data capture, warehousing, and security.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized and proactive, with a keen attention to detail.
