Senior Proposals Coordinator

Galldris Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our Work Winning team. As a key member of the bid team, you will be responsible for drafting high-quality proposal documentation, including EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and ITTs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the creation of bid documents, including gathering necessary data from proposal contributors.
- Proofread and edit colleague's bid response documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and administer a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Support post-bid activities, such as presentation creation and information logging.
- Assist in monitoring and logging opportunities through procurement portals.
- Experience working within a bid team and drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ideal degree qualification in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and/or English.
- APMP Certification is preferred but not essential.
