Senior Proposals Coordinator

Galldris Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposals Coordinator to join our Work Winning team. As a key member of the bid team, you will be responsible for drafting high-quality proposal documentation, including EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and ITTs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation of bid documents, including gathering necessary data from proposal contributors.
  • Proofread and edit colleague's bid response documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and administer a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency across submissions.
  • Support post-bid activities, such as presentation creation and information logging.
  • Assist in monitoring and logging opportunities through procurement portals.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a bid team and drafting, reviewing, and submitting proposal responses.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Desirable criteria include APMP Certification, experience with bid submission and procurement portals, and construction industry experience.
