About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Admin / Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Purchase Order Management: Review and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Invoicing and Query Resolution: Address any invoicing queries or discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborating with relevant departments as needed to resolve issues.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and assistance.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
