What qualifications and skills are required?

You must be at least 17 years old and pursuing a qualification in childcare, teaching, or coaching.

While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not mandatory. If you are eager to create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for our DL Kids, that is the primary requirement. We will provide training for everything else you need to excel.

You should be compassionate, enthusiastic, skilled, and passionate about working with children. The DL Kids Coach will lead a variety of games, sports activities, and creative sessions for our members aged 3 to 12, both after school and on weekends. Our holiday club programs operate during school breaks and offer fantastic sports camps for our younger members to enjoy and develop their physical abilities. Minimum hours will start at 8 hours per week.
