We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity at Your Housing Group for the role of Head of Facilities Management , where you will take on the strategic oversight and administration of our well-regarded, in-house Facilities Management division.
Our in-house Facilities Management Service has experienced significant growth and transformation over the past 18 months, leading to the necessity of appointing a Head of Facilities Management to this vital division of YHG. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence, enhancing skills, and integrating advanced technologies to establish a high-performing, customer-centric model for all stakeholders.

Your Housing Group is a registered social landlord dedicated to assisting individuals at every stage of life in securing quality housing that is affordable.
As one of the leading landlords in the North, we take pride in our contribution to addressing the UK's housing challenges by consistently reinvesting in our 29,000 properties and customizing our services to cater to the diverse needs of our clientele. Additionally, we construct over 1,000 new homes annually.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Primarily, you will spearhead the development and delivery of our facilities management services, ensuring that the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service execution are consistently met, and that all operations adhere to the utmost quality and safety standards.
Collaborating closely with our newly appointed Chief Property Officer, you will help define strategic priorities and operational plans, effectively communicating these objectives to your teams to achieve our core goals.
You will serve as the strategic and operational leader for each of the Heads of Division and Managers who report directly to you, providing direction, mentorship, and support as they work towards these business objectives, while also acting as a trusted advisor and coach when necessary.
