About the Role
We are partnering with a forward-thinking and expanding commercial enterprise seeking a proactive Finance Operations Coordinator to enhance its dynamic team.
This is an exceptional chance to become part of an organization as it navigates an exciting phase of expansion. In this position, you will be tasked with documenting all financial activities to ensure precise financial reporting, as well as aiding in financial assessments and the preparation of management accounts. You will report directly to a distinguished Finance Director who has highlighted the potential for career advancement as the organization rapidly evolves.
This position is ideal for an individual with relevant experience in a comparable role who is eager to contribute to a growing enterprise and advance their career within a vibrant, fast-paced environment. The role will also involve contributing to the design and implementation of best practices and new processes to cultivate a top-tier finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily reconciliations of the organization's bank accounts, including invoice financing accounts.
- Perform reconciliations of the Company Credit Card account.
- Update the Cashflow statement with actuals and projected income/costs, identifying key areas of concern.
- Assist in generating sales invoices and uploading them to customer payment platforms.
- Record daily sales transactions made to consumers through various sales channels and reconcile cash received with sales data.
