About the Facility: This purpose-built Nursing Home specializes in delivering tailored, person-centered care for individuals with Dementia and general nursing needs, accommodating up to 45 residents. The facility has consistently received positive evaluations in all areas.

Role Overview: As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will collaborate closely with the management team and provide support to the multidisciplinary staff in ensuring the delivery of exceptional, individualized care throughout the establishment.
