We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced healthcare professional to lead our non-cancer related lymphoedema service. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering a coordinated and high-quality community-based service, providing specialized holistic care and support to patients with non-cancer related lymphoedema.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in treating lymphoedema and will be able to provide clinical and managerial leadership to our team. This is a 30-hour per week position, and we are looking for someone who can make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and take overall responsibility for care quality performance and clinical activity, providing professional leadership, guidance, and management in relation to key dimensions of healthcare quality.
- Ensure the delivery of clinical effective services in line with local and national development plans and Trust policies and procedures.
- Coordinate services and promote optimum health outcomes for patients.
- Develop and implement specialist care interventions and care plans.
- Ensure staff are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality care, with mentoring and clinical supervision in place.
