We are working with Luton Borough Council to recruit an Advanced Practitioner to join their Community Learning Disability and Autism Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership on risk and safeguarding matters, ensuring the well-being of adults with learning disabilities.
  • Promote personalized care pathways, ensuring choice and control for all eligible individuals.
