We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Advisor to join our team at Sparsholt College Group. As an HR Advisor, you will provide a quality customer-focused advisory HR service to staff and managers, working proactively with managers to support them in all aspects of managing the performance of their staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR advice and guidance to staff and managers on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Support managers in all aspects of managing the performance of their staff, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Participate in a range of projects and developments as agreed with the Director of HR.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and external suppliers at all levels.
- First degree or equivalent vocational/professional qualification.
- Member of CIPD or equivalent, or willingness to attain.
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent.
- Self-motivated, positive thinking with a “can – do’ attitude.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and external suppliers at all levels.
- Eligibility to join a defined contribution pension scheme.
