About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food production.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
What We Offer

  • A highly experienced and skilled Sous Chef with a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
