We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Physiology Manager to lead our elective cardiology service in a private hospital setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of multiskilled healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines set by relevant governing bodies, including CQC
  • Support the service operationally, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Collaborate with consultants and other stakeholders to achieve service goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, support, and respect across clinical and non-clinical teams
Requirements:
  • BSE/HRUK/IBHRE accreditation and/or similar
  • BSc in Clinical Physiology
  • 5 years' experience as a Senior Cardiac Physiologist
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work closely with consultants
  • Enthusiasm for personal and team CPD
