We offer flexible Bank contracts within the Inverness area, allowing you to work across different services. No prior care experience is necessary, as we provide full training and invest in your qualifications through our award-winning learning & development team.

About the Role:

Your responsibilities as a Support Practitioner may include:

  • Social Support- Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities.
  • Personal Care- Supporting people to maintain their wellbeing by promoting their personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals.
  • Practical Support- Helping individuals to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks, such as general housework, laundry, and cooking.

All successful Support Practitioner applicants will receive a conditional offer, subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check. New staff members will be required to register with the SSSC within 3 months of their start date.
