About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Inverness. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing respite care to carers, allowing them to take a well-deserved break.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1-5 hour respite care visits to carers in their own homes
  • Support carers with daily tasks and activities
  • Work collaboratively with the carer and their loved ones to ensure their needs are met
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment that values flexibility and work-life balance
What We Offer
  • 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata)
  • Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile
